yey.. got some new books this week and i'm quite excited to read them as i also need to refuel my inspiration tank within myself to keep me going.
and i always love to spread my inspirations so allow me to share them to you...

1. Basics of Sahaj Marg Sadhana (A.P. Durai)- this book was given by a prefect and this is all about basic meditation practice... (which i am practicing for more than a year now).

as far as i remember, unlike my previous birthdays, this is the only birthday that i never felt excited. it's not because i am not happy but maybe because it's not yet getting into my nerves, or it's not yet flowing into my system -the acceptance of the fact that today is the start (again) of my new year. if people didn't greet me, i might tend to forget about this day. i am not expecting any big surprises but i still don't know what will happen later -i didn't prepare any. i just want to pass this day with peace just like any other day.
