yey.. got some new books this week and i'm quite excited to read them as i also need to refuel my inspiration tank within myself to keep me going.

and i always love to spread my inspirations so allow me to share them to you...

...the illustrations helped a lot to make the books more interesting to read...^_^

1. Basics of Sahaj Marg Sadhana (A.P. Durai)- this book was given by a prefect and this is all about basic meditation practice... (which i am practicing for more than a year now).

2. A True Friend .....Is Someone Just like You (BJ Gallagher)

A True Friend...
ACCEPTS you just as you are.
BELIEVES in your potential.
COMFORTS you when you're sad
DELIGHTS in your successes.

FORGIVES you when you hurt her feelings.
GIVES you time and attention.
HUGS you... often.
INSPIRES you to do your best.
JUST loves you.
KEEPS your secrets.
LISTENS with her heart.
MAKES you a better person.
NEVER JUDGES you.
OCCASIONALLY DISAPPOINTS you, because she's human too.
POINTS OUT your good qualities when you forget.
QUESTIONS you when you're about to do something dumb.
RESPECTS your boundaries.
SHARES her hopes with you.
TELLS you the truth.
UNDERSTANDS you completely.
VALUES your ideas and opinions.
WILL DO anything to help you.
'XTENDS the benefit of the doubt.
YEARNS to hear from you when you're away.
ZINGS with joy because you're friends.

3. You Go, Girl... Keep Dreaming  (Ashley Rice)

What does achieving your dreams take?
Setting goals, believing in yourself, going for it, and never giving up!

Penelope J. Miller, narrator of girls rule, is back in You Go, Girl... Keep Dreaming with hope, help, friendship,  and advice on the subject of girls and their dreams. Being a dreamer herself, she returns in these  pages to let you know that if you are a girl in the world with dreams, she will be here for you all the way.

Chances are that on the path to your dreams, you will be faced with more than one big challenge. Penelope knows the road can be bumpy, and with words of inspiration and fun, she offers encouragement and practical advice for meeting challenges  head on, while always reminding you to be who you  are.

Whether you want to be an astronaut or  athlete or artist or are currently trying to deal with the ups and downs of school and making your way,  the road can be scary sometimes. Penelope lets you know that there is greatness in the idea of trying, trying, and trying again and that the best parts of ourselves are often found when we "mess up".

Among her words of advice, you'll find ways to deal with roadblocks like self-doubt, or "brain freeze", and  space for you to write your own goals and ideas. With messages and drawings about individuality and self-reliance, Penelope fills these pages with girl power, lots of fun,  and a very important reminder: You Go, Girl... Keep Dreaming!

4. You Are a Girl Who Totally Rocks! (Ashley Rice)

You are a girl who is going places, and there's nothing that can stop you from taking on the world. You follow your own star and dream your own dreams. You aren't afraid to blaze a new trail, express how you feel, and live in the moment.

But being true to your heart takes guts. Sometimes it means stepping out from the crowd and finding your own way. It can also mean being bold, standing up tall, and daring to be different. In the end, you shine the brightest, laugh the loudest, and accomplish the most when you are true to yourself.

This book will help you be the incredible, amazing, one-of-a-kind girl that only you can be. It puts into words what you probably already know deep down inside (but might sometimes forget): You are unique. You are talented. You are full of potential to do and be so many great things. And you are perfect just exactly the way you are.  You are a girl who totally Rocks!

life is not always easy, but if you know how to find happiness within you, you'll realize that everything is just/will be fine regardless of the situations you are into...

i am hoping that you'll able to find your own source of inspirations too.

be inspired. be happy. be YOU! =)
